These terms cover your use of thesoleil6.com. They are not your booking contract — the terms that govern a journey we design for you are set out separately in your onboarding deck and confirmation documents before anything is paid or confirmed.
Using this website
You may browse this site and submit enquiries for your own genuine travel purposes. Please don't use it to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content, or attempt to disrupt the site or access it by automated means.
Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a booking, hold any availability, or commit either of us to anything. Nothing is confirmed until we have agreed the itinerary and terms in writing and any required payment has been made.
Pricing and availability
Budget ranges shown on this site are indicative starting points, not quotations. Rates, availability and supplier benefits — including upgrades, breakfast and resort credits — are subject to change and to each property's own conditions at the time of booking.
Third-party suppliers
We design journeys and make reservations with independent hotels, airlines, guides, transfer companies and other suppliers. Those services are delivered by them under their own terms and conditions.
Content and imagery
All text, photography, video and branding on this site belongs to The Soleil 6 or is used with permission. Please don't reproduce it without asking us first.
Changes
We may update these terms as our services evolve. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
