Do you charge a planning fee?
Yes. We work on a design fee that reflects the depth of planning involved, and it is set out clearly in your onboarding deck before anything is confirmed. Hotel-only bookings are handled differently — ask us and we’ll explain.
How far in advance should I get in touch?
For safari, peak-season Europe and major sporting events, three to six months gives us the most room. That said, we regularly design journeys at shorter notice — if your dates are close, tell us and we’ll be straight with you about what’s achievable.
Can you book just a hotel?
Absolutely. Our luxury hotel booking service is available on its own, with preferred rates, breakfast, upgrades subject to availability and resort credits where the property offers them.
What happens once I’m travelling?
You’ll have a personalised digital itinerary with every reservation, transfer and recommendation in one place, plus a dedicated WhatsApp group with your advisor for anything that comes up along the way.
Which destinations do you cover?
We design worldwide, with particular depth in Africa, Europe, Asia and the Indian Ocean. If it isn’t somewhere we know first-hand, we’ll say so — and bring in a trusted specialist rather than guess.
